This Premium Ginger Beer from Swiss Moutain Spring tastes truly natural thanks to the alcohol-free fermenting process with ginger & barley malt from Nigeria & Indonesia.

Premium Tonic Water with a Spicy Asian Meal

Image

For the degustation of our ginger beer tonics, we thought it would perfectly match a ginger dish. So we ask our friend Akiro to join & cook a quick lunch;-)

All vegies were fried in a wok, spring onions, smoked tofu cubes, broccolis, sliced carrots, soybean sprouts, fresh ginger, ginger oil, sesame, Teriyaki sauce & sashimi salmon.

Where does the bitter taste come from?

It comes from the Quinine, an Alkaloid used in medecine and comes from the cinchona tree in Peru. Natural quinine can be found in the grapefruit itself or in its juice.
