Winzerei Zur Metzg is a boutique winery focused mainly on Pinot Noir. Some exquisite white wines from fruity to complex complete our portfolio. All our wines have been carefully developed over the years, step by step as niche products.
 
We are dedicated to create handcrafted high-quality wines reflecting local sumptuous terroirs. We produce our top crus without fining or filtration and fermentation is carried out exclusively with wild yeast by natural flora that appears on the grapes in the vineyards. No enzymes or any concentrated young musts are used.
 
Our wines received good ratings and reviews from the Wine Advocate, Hugh Johnson’s Pocket Wine Book, Die Schweizerische Weinzeitung, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Sonntagsblick, Falstaff, VINUM, etc.
