– Seitan is a protein-rich product with a meaty structure, based on wheat proteins and (in our case) chickpeas, flavoured with different herbs and miso.
 Seitan originates in China and Japan, where it was mainly used in dishes for buddhist monks, who are vegetarians.

It`s a really great plant-based replacement for meat and you can eat it both cold and warm.
