Une conserverie locale/éthique Genevoise où Emma développe le concept du Cri de la carotte pour répondre a une réalité observée au quotidien à Genève.
La difficulté d’accès à un repas rapide sain et savoureux en ville. Si certes dans nos rues fleurissent les sandwichs et kebabs, il y est bien difficile d’y trouver des lanières de chou, de l’ail frit et des poivrons hachés.
Elle développe le projet sous forme d’épicerie, avec son service annexe de livraison qui apporte a tous de mets locaux, simples et savoureux
