From our first experiments in the quarter of Délices until today, KONOI has always been guided by gourmandise, love for nature and enthusiasm to think outside the box.
 
Our artisanal approach is inspired by as much dairy traditions and confectioner as secrets of herbalists and advanced scientists in the field of nutrition, in order to offer refreshing pleasures and a certain way of life.
 
Our mission is to transform hemp seeds into drinks, frozen desserts and other super nutritious and 100% plant-based treats. Ideal to stay healthy and reduce our impact on the environment. It is also our way of giving back to hemp its nobility.
 

Our products

Frozen Desserts
Our frozen desserts are artisanally prepared from our home-pressed organic raw sprouted hemp seeds blended with ingredients carefully selected for optimal flavours. Our mix then matures at least 12 hours for a good infusion of fragrances and a creamy texture, and then churned or turned into an ice pop.
 
Breakfast mixes
Our breakfast mixes are designed to provide an instant and functional meal without compromising on taste. They support your endocannabinoid system naturally while stimulating the digestive system.
 
Superfood
Our raw hemp leaves are full of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants known for their effects on boosting digestion and brain health, as well as reducing inflammation and preventing various disease. They are also a powerful source of dietary fibre and various minerals like phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and more.
 
Herbal Teas
Our collection of hemp herbal tea has been carefully composed to help us feel relaxed throughout the day. It’s also a way of promoting our local “green tea”.
