Mount Rigi, a cherry liqueur like no other
First, we had to stare at the bottle for a minute..
the shape, the color, is there a genius in that bottle?
We picked one of the suggested mix, the recipe with tonic
because hey! we are no top connoisseurs yet 😉 …just liqueur enthusiasts.
For our cocktail we decided to try the Mount Rigi with Tonic:
– 6 cl of Mount Rigi Liqueur
– 6 cl tonic water
– ice
– lemon & 1 mint leaf
+
Oh yes, we added a homemade
Mount Rigi/Apricot/cinnamon jelly at the bottom of the glass.

the Foodspotters tasted it for you & as Mount Rigi says,
that liqueur is contagious!
” Really nice fresh fruity taste with light citrus. With an emphasis on sweet it is a very pleasant drink.”

About Mount Rigi:
Did you know?
This Swiss Aperitif Kirsch liqueur is named after the majestic Rigi Mountain,
center of Switzerland in the Alps of Europe,
in a region where Kirsch is distilled with traditional production methods.
When I sell liquor, it’s called bootlegging; when my patrons serve it on Lake Shore Drive, it’s called hospitality.
