Surreal Coffee beans from Colombia..

Let’s have a coffee break now! Let’s make it Surreal.

First, the great thing about coffee beans in bag is that when you open the seal you get this beautiful aroma to your nose.. the real coffee flagrance.
At Foodspotters we are no pros 😉 We have a Nespresso machine but since we started tasting coffees we kind of took a break from capsules..

Our DIY Coffee Grinding

Image

Hey Foodies, we’re still waiting for our grinder.. so we’ll grind our beans with an old Turmix! Let’s hope Horizonte agrees 😉 we are getting there!

After one push, we got a coarse grain which was fine to use with our French Press.. On our last coffee review we used the Nutribullet that gave a finer grain..ok for our Bialetti.

How did we find the Surreal?

“With a good balance between acidity & sweetness, the Surreal coffee leaves a feel smooth on the tongue and a pretty fruity flavor in mouth. “

Stefanie

Food scout

“An intense & rich sustainable coffee. I sublimed it with 2 drops of walnut liqueur from Noos Likör.
That was intensely deep surreal ;-)”
