Il Laboratorio Birrario Ticinese nasce dall’amore per questa ottima bevanda e dalla voglia di ricercare e promuovere il mondo della birra artigianale attraverso ricette personali ed in continua evoluzione.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di proporre stili classici e sperimentali prodotti con ingredienti di qualità utilizzati a regola d’arte; tutte le nostre birre sono non filtrate, non pastorizzate e rifermentate in bottiglia, secondo la migliore tradizione birraria.
Questo rende ogni bottiglia unica e garantisce un prodotto finito “vivo” e a chilometro 0.
