Café Oli est une torréfaction artisanale lausannoise vintage de café de spécialité avec boutique en ligne active depuis 2017. Nos cafés sont 100% Arabica single origin avec des nouvelles origines proposées plusieurs fois par année. Vous pouvez acheter en quelques clics du café en grains ou moulu avec livraison en Suisse.
En général le degré de torréfaction est City+ ou Full City pour obtenir des cafés riches et bien développés, sans acidité tout en respectant les caractéristiques de l’origine de la graine.
Notre torréfacteur est une magnifique machine vintage de la marque Van Gülpen (aujourd’hui Probat) modèle EK5 datant probablement de 1958 restaurée avec soin par des spécialistes.
