Bio Fondue Creation Wyssmller

Hey Foodies, ski days are coming so let’s warm up & enjoy the cold with a hot cheese Bio Fondue Creation!

In Switzerland we have probably as many fondue types as cantons;-)

We got these 3 original Swiss cheese Fondues Creations from Wyssmüller:

  • the Création with bio herbs from the Alps
  • the Assemblage AOP (Gruyère AOP, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, Raclette du Valais AOP)
  • the Excellence (moitié-moitié AOP)

For our Fondue creation, these are all the ingredients we need: garlic, a white wine, some bread (here, we took some crusty levain baguette but of course you can opt for other kinds of bread, potatoes, apples or a mix..up to you) and some eggs to finish the cheese ceremony.

Nothing can go wrong 😉 On the back of each Wyssmüller Fondue bag, you’ll find the preparation steps!

The Wyssmüller Fondue Creation exclusive formula is inspired by the extraordinary flora of the Swiss Alps.

Composed of Gruyère AOP and raw milk, Thermized Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP and pasteurized Fribourg cheese, Wyssmüller’s creative formula is dotted with aromatic herbal mixtures from the Alps, all from organic farming (parsley, basil, oregano, tarragon, sage, marjoram, thyme), paprika and chili).

These organic aromatic herbs come from certified natural harvests, hand-picked by farmers in the Swiss Alps and carefully dried to retain all the aromas.

But hey, what to do with a little bit fondue leftover?

Cracking one or two eggs in the fondue is a fun way to end the meal with some extra scramble eggs!

There is a tradition that when someone drops his piece of bread in the fondue pot, he ‘ll have to buy the others a round of drinks. If a woman loses her bread in the pot, she ‘ll have to give a kiss to all her neighbours.
