Ethiopian Coffee

The Region. In the fertile highlands of the Amhara region in northwestern Ethiopia, the Awi Zone produces a top-class coffee. This coffee is fully sun-dried, intensifying its natural characteristics. It delights with a velvety body and complex notes ranging from berries to cinnamon and nutty.

Your coffee in 4 easy steps

  • Pour preheated water in the lower part of the brewer up to the line
  • Add some ground Maillardos coffee in the filter part
  • Bring to heat (but not boil) for about 5 minutes. You can open the lid and check if it is extracting correctly.

Panettone & Coffee

We paired this delicious coffee
with a traditional handmade Panettone from Abbracio.

coffee with Panettone

We tasted this Panettone and this has nothing to do with industrial Panettone you find in your supermarkets.. Good things take time, and these artisans at Abbracio craft their products with time & love & tradition.

What’s the green behind?

You probably noticed, we shot the products against a very special green vegetal background..It is actually real & alive; real moss brought into frames. This is an original concept from StyleGreen. This company specialised in green pictures arranged into different shapes, modular elements with the idea of bringing mother nature in your home or office.
Very cool. Check them HERE
