About our chocolate tasting

In love with these ones. We are immediately taken into the enchanting universe of the Grimm Brothers..sorry I meant the Gebrüder Grimm from Lüscherz!

We got to taste 3 fairytales. First, the Rotkäppchen(Little Red Riding Hood) a nice ruby chocolate with wild berries and edible colourful flowers. Second, the Aschenputtel(Cinderella) with finely ground hazelnuts and Ashes of the aronia.

The third from our chocolate tasting was the Rapunzel refined with caramel, fleur de sel and nougat.

” When I opened the Rotkäppchen it took my straight to the magical enchanted forest where flowers invited me straight to degustation!

“After a long walk on the beach with friends, we tasted the dark Ecuador bean to bar with 65% and 73% pure cocoa content. Rich, strong & powerful that was a real kick & turn our walk into a hike 😉 “

From fair & direct trade chocolate:

what does that mean?

Gebrüder Grimm is improving farmer’s life in Ecuador & gives its workers sustainable wages with ethical standards. Direct trade which means direct relationships with the farmers eliminating all the fees involved.

Nice memories are like chocolate: you can’t survive on them alone, as they aren’t very filling, but they make life sweeter.
